1. Sweepstakes Overview

This sweepstakes is sponsored by DJEK Inc. dba The Cobra Experience, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. By entering this sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Prize: 1966 Shelby GT350H “Hertz Rent-A-Racer” (Approximate Retail Value: $75,000)

2. Eligibility

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Employees of DJEK Inc. dba The Cobra Experience and their immediate families are not eligible
  • Void where prohibited by law

3. How to Enter

Standard Entry Method: Make a donation through the official TapKat sweepstakes page. Each donation constitutes one entry.

4. Prize Details

Grand Prize: 1966 Shelby GT350H “Hertz Rent-A-Racer.”

Winner is responsible for all taxes, fees, and any additional costs associated with the prize. Prize details and any alternatives are provided in the TapKat entry experience.

5. Important Dates

  • Entries Close: July 9, 2026 at 11:59 PM PDT
  • Drawing Date: July 19, 2026 at 10:00 AM PDT
  • Drawing Location: The Cobra Experience, 777 Arnold Drive, Martinez, CA 94553

6. Drawing and Winner Selection

The winner will be selected in a random drawing on July 19, 2026 at The Cobra Experience. The drawing will be conducted fairly and transparently. Winner will be notified using the contact information provided during entry.

7. General Conditions

  • Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received
  • Prize is non-transferable and no cash substitute allowed except at sponsor's discretion
  • Winner must respond to notification within 30 days or forfeit prize
  • By accepting prize, winner agrees to use of name and likeness for promotional purposes

8. Taxes and Legal

Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on the prize. A Form 1099 will be issued if required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

DJEK Inc. dba The Cobra Experience is not responsible for technical failures, lost or delayed entries, or any other issues beyond our reasonable control.
